The Association of Boarding Schools (TABS) is located in the vibrant downtown of Asheville, NC, a cosmopolitan city set amid the splendor of the Blue Ridge mountains. We're a small non-profit with big plans: seeking to multiply our effectiveness as the public voice for college-prep boarding schools, and to broaden our services as the essential resource for boarding school educators.

We're blessed with a superlative Board, stable management, financial solidity, strategic clarity, and a loyal membership we're dedicated to serving exceptionally well.

Our work environment is friendly, dynamic and results-oriented. Our people tend to be equally comfortable working autonomously or in collaboration. They're entrepreneurial and goal-directed but enjoy laughing (often at themselves). When we hire, we look for uncompromising integrity, real talent, a demonstrated record of making an impact, and collegiality.
