WELCOME TO TABS ASIA RECRUITMENT PROGRAM!
Now in its eighteenth year, the Asia Fairs bring together families and representatives from boarding schools across the United States, Canada, and abroad. The overall itinerary affords enough time around the fairs to conduct school business, arrange outside appointments and schedule admission interviews. Be certain to let alumni and current/ past parents know that you’ll be in the area! Read on for more details.
What's covered by the fees?
Fair fees cover the cost of event space, advance lists of area contacts and country information, and fair promotion and logistics. See below fees per fair.
For the first time, TABS is offering a literature distribution option for those schools unable to attend a fair. This option is limited to six schools per fair and the fee is $600.
Who should attend?
We require that your school be represented by an admissions staff member, teacher or administrator. This requirement is in order to serve our families best, so that they might talk with people who are in touch with current admission procedures, financial aid policies, international programs, academic & extracurricular offerings, and campus activities. What about school displays?
Each school will be supplied a 6-foot table at each fair. You may wish to use any of these typical display items: a table drape with school logo, inquiry cards, books, brochures, photo albums, a battery-operated laptop and video, or spirit merchandise for gifts. Please note — this is a "tabletop only" exhibit hall and no banners are allowed. Whatever your plan, be sure your display is simple, lightweight and easy to transport.
