A calendar detailing availability will be released in July 2011. Time slots and blackout dates for Exclusive and Group Open Houses will be awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. The calendar will also highlight blackout dates for annual subscribers, and the standard hours for available TABS support.
Sign up deadlines for the online Boarding School Expos are 4 weeks prior to live date, unless otherwise stated. Refunds accepted only by writing and according to the following schedule:
90+ days prior to Expo or Open House = 90% refund 60 days prior to Expo or Open House = 50% refund 30 days prior to Expo or Open House = no refund
TABS Booth Build Option - Terms and ConditionsSchools must agree to provide TABS with all requested materials necessary for TABS to build booth (if selecting that option) by March 10 2012. Materials include 1) outline of booth content (shell of which to be provided by TABS upon registration); 2) images, videos, documents and hyperlinks being used as booth content (via FTP provided by TABS upon registration); and, 3) corresponding content titles and descriptions.
