Accommodations are $125 per night and includes most meals. You can customize your stay period when registering, so if you wish to arrive a little early or stay a day later, we can accommodate you. If you would prefer to stay elsewhere, consider purchasing a daily parking pass to use the parking lot near the training facility. Boston University’s 10 Buick Street will be our housing facility. This apartment-style residence consists of four-bedroom / two-bath suites complete with living rooms and kitchens. All fully-furnished bedrooms are single occupancy and reserved for Summer Session attendees only. Rooms include linens, towels and alarm clock. The entire dorm is wireless with Internet access available throughout. For your security, each bedroom has a separate lock from the apartment.
Arrangements can be made for spouses/partners to share the same apartment, but they must be registered for one of the Summer Programs. Children are not permitted to stay in the dorm facility.
Accommodations are available from July 14th through the 22nd, should you wish to extend your stay.
Housing includes breakfasts, lunches and dinners. Meals will be served in a "food court" setting at a nearby dorm facility, and the selection is extensive and can accommodate various diets.
Lunches will be included for those staying off campus as well.
You do not need to register at the TABS desk before checking into your room.
An unloading area for very short-term parking is available at the base of the steps at 10 Buick Street. Use your flashers when leaving your car, and do move it as soon as you've checked in. Cars left for long periods of time will be ticketed and/or towed.
The dorm registration desk is open from 6:00am until midnight. If you will be arriving outside of this block there is an “on call” number at the desk that you will need to dial for assistance. The dorm will provide your apartment keys and a keycard for accessing the buildings. Keycards are required to enter campus buildings. The University will charge you a hefty replacement fee for lost keys/keycard, so please be careful with them.
