Monte Vista Christian School is an independent, coeducational, selective day and boarding school for young men and women in grades 6 through 12, offering a college preparatory education in the Christian tradition and context. MVCS is fully accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges (WASC), and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).

MVCS is on the cutting edge of technology in the classrooms. MVCS was one of the first to digitize our entire library, first in the world to integrate the iPad into the classroom, and one of the largest 1:1 iPad launches, with 800 high school students personally carrying one.

Founded in Watsonville, California in 1926, our beautiful 100-acre campus is next to an 18 hole golf course. It is made up of ponds, trails, six athletic fields, two gymnasiums, tennis courts, swimming pool and an equestrian center. Our Harkness Table concept in small classroom settings, challenging curriculum, and support programs will allow us to be the premier college preparatory Christian school in northern California, committed to preparing students to be world changers.
