Quotes from Alumni

"St. Stephen's is very good at developing well-rounded students. Teachers and students alike encouraged me and my classmates to apply our knowledge to life outside of the classroom."

-Isaac Tilin, Class of 2018,

“St. Stephen's allows you to try so many different things. You never have to be labeled as a jock, a nerd or an artistic kid. Taking this attitude to college allowed me to be a well-rounded person."

-Mallika Rao, Class of 2016,

“At St. Stephen's, the most important thing I learned was time management. I was able to smoothly transition into college life at the U.S. Air Force Academy because of this.

-Julian Flores, Class of 2016,

Summary: St. Stephen’s students come from 25 Texas cities, 10 states and 19 countries. Approximately 30 percent of our domestic students are people of color, and 19 percent of our students come from outside the United States. By interacting with classmates from other cultures and backgrounds both inside and outside the classroom, our students learn to see the world through the lenses of others. This helps them develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing our world along with a stronger connection to others and commitment to service.

At the same time, St. Stephen’s cultivates a safe, supportive environment where students become the best version of themselves by learning to take risks, make mistakes and grow from their experiences as members of a loving community.
