Trinity College School
Overview

At Trinity College School, each student is valued for what they uniquely bring to the community because individuality matters here. TCS attracts motivated students locally, nationally, and internationally because we respect each person as we do their cultures. Day (Grade 5-12) and boarding (Grade 9-12) families alike realize that our campus is 100 acres of home, where our students quickly become a close-knit, extended family. To go to TCS is to live, breathe, and love TCS 100%. Our students are surrounded by people who only want the best for them. We support them to find their personal path so that they are ready to realize their potential. Students who go to Trinity College School grow into adults who know that the way you treat your classmate matters and that spending one’s time wisely is highly satisfying. Graduates develop that rare confidence that comes from knowing that they have been deeply understood and they start truly valuing themselves as well as others.

Academics
Summary: Our purpose is to foster independence, responsibility and understanding in matters of physical and emotional health, learning and educational planning. Two themes are consistent when speaking with past and present students about their experience at TCS: the extent to which students are educated by their experience as a whole, and the unique sense of community at the School. Academic and student support continues these traditions of learning.

Graduates
Summary: Focussing on four main areas - self-assessment, career awareness, educational planning, and university placement - the guidance programme at TCS helps students become independent learners, make informed choices and set appropriate goals for the future. In-class guidance is offered to students from Year 2 through Year 4. Each spring, TCS holds a carrers night, during which successful men and women representing a variety of occupations speak to Senior School students and answer questions about their respective fields. In addition, the guidance department offers personal assistance and literature to support students' educational and career search needs.
